CANCELLATION POLICY
Dear Clients, To ensure smooth scheduling, please note my policies: - Cancellations under 24 hours: 50% of the scheduled services fee. - Reschedules within 24 hours: $25 fee. - No-shows: 100% of the scheduled services fee. If you are running late, please send a courtesy text. There is a 15-minute grace period, after which the appointment will be rescheduled, and a fee will be applied.
